Meet and Greet with the Crew!
Before we hit the road, we believe it's essential to make a great first impression - for both you and your fur angel!
That's why we prioritize a thorough meet and greet, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone involved.
Getting to Know You and Your Pet in Person:
On pickup day, Mel, Mamacita, and Frank will arrive at your doorstep, ready to meet you and your pet in person.
We'll take the time to get to know each other, answer any last-minute questions, and make sure your pet feels comfortable and secure in our presence.
Depending on your needs and timing, we might even be able to arrange a pre-trip meet and greet the night before to help your pet get acclimated to our crew.
Your Pet's Comfort, Our Top Priority!
Once we've got the meet and greet done, we'll carefully load up your pet, and we'll be off on an exciting journey together!
Throughout the trip, your pet will receive top-notch care, attention, and affection from our experienced crew. We'll monitor their comfort, safety, and happiness every step of the way, ensuring they arrive at their destination feeling relaxed and content.

Although it's bittersweet for us - we're sad to say goodbye to our new furry friend - seeing the joy in your eyes and your Fur Angel's wagging tail makes every trip worthwhile!
When we arrive at your destination, we'll be there to greet you and hand over your happy, healthy Fur Angel.
As a Guest Crew Member for the trip, they'll have received the royal treatment from Mel, Mamacita, and Frank, and we'll be beaming with pride to see the reunion unfold.
